The phone will not turn on. This is most likely due to a problem with the battery.
The battery may simply need to be recharged. Plug the phone into a power source using the accompanying charger. Make sure that you are using the correct charger that originally came with the device.
If recharging the phone does not work, the battery may need to be replaced. To replace the battery, refer to the accompanying installation guide.
If replacing the battery does not work, the motherboard may be defective. To replace the motherboard, refer to the accompanying installation guide.
The keypad buttons are being pressed, but there is no response. Due to high usage, the buttons can wear out or become loose.
The buttons may not respond due to loose wiring. You must take the device apart and tighten several of the connections.
Unfortunately, buttons can need replacement due to everyday wear and tear. To replace the keypad buttons, refer to the accompanying installation guide.
The music player is playing music, but no sound can be heard.
The volume could be set to mute, allowing no sound to come out. Turn the volume up either by going into the settings or using the volume control button on the side of the phone.
If the volume is on and still no sound is being heard the speaker may be broken. In this case, it would need to be replaced.
The volume buttons may be unresponsive when pressed. To replace the volume buttons, refer to the accompanying installation guide.
The face plate is cracked or otherwise inhibiting visibility. There are two blue face plates on this phone: the front plate (which is located on the front, when the phone is flipped closed), and the rear case (which is located on the back, when the phone is flipped closed).
The front face plate is broken and needs to be replaced. To replace the front face plate, refer to the accompanying installation guide.
The rear case is broken and needs to be replaced. To replace the rear case, refer to the accompanying installation guide.
