- Unscrew the two small screws on the black side panel of the camera using a PH00 screwdriver. Remove the part.

- You will need to remove the front panel in order to access the lens. Lift the latches on the side of the front panel to remove it entirely, pulling gently in an upward motion.

- Locate silver lens covering.

- Use your PH00 screwdriver to unscrew the lens cover.
- Remove the screw.
- Remove the lens cover.

Remove the screw.
Remove the lens cover.
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

I found that additional steps are needed between steps 2 and 3 to remove 5 additional screws before the front panel can be removed.
Was my Olympus 850 SW different from the one repaired in that tutorial?
I took pictures that I could insert in the tutorial, but did not find how to do it.
