Introduction
The headphone jack on the Lenovo 720-12IKB is necessary to listen to the audio through a headset.
Use caution when replacing components in your Laptop as you could damage other components.
What you need

Battery
- Unscrew and remove the four 5.5 mm Phillips #00 screws on the back panel.

- Pull down on the cover to remove it and you will see the battery after removing the cover.

- Unscrew and remove the 4.0 mm Phillips #00 screws on the battery to remove it from the motherboard.

- Remove the battery wires from the socket on the motherboard above the battery.

- The headphone jack can be found on the top right of the chassis.
- Start by removing the 2.0 mm Phillips #00 screw.

- Undo the clip and remove the connector.
