  • With a T5 Torx screwdriver, remove ten 6.35 mm screws from the back of the laptop.

  • Carefully separate back panel from laptop.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Thanks for this manual.

Would you have the chance to add a photo of the machine without the cover on? My idea is to be able to see what is easily accessible in order to answer some other users’ questions such as this one: Could I replace the hard drive with an SSD

I believe the “hex screwdriver” is not the correct tool required…I believe it’s the Torx screwdriver that would be the correct tool.
